Professional, hardworking, supportive, creative, expert and on occasion even ‘quite amusing', are just some of the words and phrases used by our own people to describe what Impact people are like.
Over the years, as leaders in our field, we've attracted a cracker team of highly-skilled and diverse individuals. People you want to work with. People you want to build long-term working relationships with. We're definitely not clones. Each member of our team brings very specific skills and varied opinions to the Impact table, allowing us to tackle communication challenges, however tough, head-on and as a strong team.
Much of our work is project-led and we build teams to match. Teams are selected by combining the best skill and experience for the job, together with the all-important chemistry-fit. This approach means our people get to work on a wide variety of employee communication challenges, with a range of specialists, and ensuring we remain fresh, tackling every challenge with fresh perspectives.
Each Impact employee is assigned a director who acts as an ongoing mentor with a strong focus on career and personal development. In addition, new Impactees get a buddy, someone of their own level who can answer questions and provide support on a more informal level.
In addition to training, employees also benefit from regular social events, a dedicated corporate social responsibility program, So Inspired, cross-company interaction to develop more external communication understanding, as well as our all-important and very popular drinks fridge and daily fruit rations!
