Sharon Cartwright

As well as her responsibilities as a director of Impact, Sharon heads and drives standards in several key areas across our client work - event, creative and research - all vital in ensuring excellent execution of strategic campaigns.

With strong experience in this area built over a 23 year career in the industry, Sharon also plays a strategic development and relationship management role for an enviable client portfolio. This includes QBE Insurance, Delta Electricity, Pfizer Australia and Ernst & Young.

First joining Impact as general manager in 2002, Sharon previously held management roles in two major communication events companies and sat on the board of an industry association. Her strong credentials in creative direction and logistics management of video and digital media production and communication events have brought a new level of professionalism to Impact's creative solutions approach.

Other client work at Impact has included the development of interactive brand immersion and experiential learning programs.

Sharon is a graduate of the Creative Industries Faculty of Queensland University of Technology and is a member of the Australian Institute of Management.

Outside Impact, Sharon tries to live her musical ambitions vicariously through her talented sons, but really through the odd bit of karaoke at a Chinese restaurant.
