Megan Caulfield

Strategist

Megan Caulfield brings over seven years experience in employee communication to Impact, specialising in culture change, corporate strategy and corporate social responsibility.

At Impact, Megan has provided strategic consultancy advice on employee engagement to several of the top 100 companies in Australia including Caltex Australia, Telstra and Qantas. Over the past year she has led Impact's work for Leighton Contractors, focusing on its brand engagement strategy, executive leadership team initiatives and HR projects.

Prior to joining Impact in 2005, Megan worked as a consultant for The Team, a communication consultancy in London. There she worked on a range of values, HR and CSR campaigns with clients like Vodafone and BBC. Before this she held positions as internal communication manager at Commonwealth Bank and at Boral, where she worked on various culture change and financial projects.

Megan has a BA (Hons) in Media and Communications from Macquarie University, a UTS Marketing Practice Certificate and a AMEB Associate Speech and Drama.

Outside Impact, Megan is often sitting in the dark, being transported into another world at the latest theatre production.
