Before joining Impact Employee Communications, in mid 2007, Helen completed a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Organisational Communication at Charles Sturt University. It is here that she developed a keen interest in employee communications.

At Impact, Helen has worked on a variety of clients, her main focus in consumer goods and manufacturing. Helen's passion lies in the employee research field, though she has also supported on large-scale events and general employee communications. Helen brings a breadth of understanding of the complete Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide offering having worked at Savage and Partners, an Ogilvy financial company.
