Daniela Filer
Strategist
As a Strategist at Impact, Dani's main focus has been on developing our change practice while leading a number of change management communication projects for large organisations on critical change paths. Her work has covered EBA communication, HR and employee engagement, vision and values education, and business strategy communication just to name a few. Her key clients have included Qantas, Nestle, David Jones, QBE and Austrade.
Dani brings over five years of change management experience from Accenture where she worked on a variety of large scale global and local business transformational projects for a number of market-leading blue chip clients (including global consumer goods company and a top UK retailer).
Her experience leading strategic change programs on complex, long-term projects ranging from HR transformations and HR and IT outsourcing to organisational restructuring have provided her with a breadth and depth of knowledge on targeting change programs for specific industry groups containing multifaceted and diverse workforces.
Dani brings with her best practice change capabilities and broadens Impact's offerings in this space. She can leverage her deep expertise and working knowledge of change methods across the suite, from change strategy development to stakeholder analysis, comms & training, to design and implement practical change programs.
During her time with Accenture she won the ‘Accenture Europe Role Model Award for Diversity' in recognition of her successful role in unifying diverse workforces in restructured working environments.
Dani has a first-class honours degree in politics and modern history from the University of Manchester.
