Alison Pignon

Strategist

Alison brings extensive internal communications experience in the telecommunications and financial services industries. She has solid experience supporting senior management with communication strategies on brand, vision and values, new CEO arrival and strategy change initiatives, and has been involved in a wide variety of company-wide communication programs requiring global, local and divisional implementation.

Before arriving at Impact, Alison spent three years working with COLT Telecom, a UK business-to-business telecommunications provider. Here she gained a good understanding of the telecommunications industry and the various products and services on offer. She is familiar with the challenges that face senior management needing to engage and effectively communicate with a diverse workforce that is a mixture of customer-facing, deskbound and mobile employees. At Impact, Alison has been working on various strategic communications projects for QBE Insurance Australia, Austrade and Leighton Contractors.

Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts from London University and a postgraduate diploma in Internal Communication Management.
