Aleks Rzadkowski
Senior Consultant
Aleks meets business challenges by delivering strategic and engaging change management and communication programs that drive business benefits.
Aleks brings three years of experience from Accenture, where he worked as a management consultant on large-scale business and IT transformation programs for leading Australian telecommunications and financial services clients including Optus, Westpac and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
His experience includes program management, operational strategy, change management strategy and communications, with a strong focus on employee engagement initiatives. From a program perspective, Aleks is well versed in effective stakeholder engagement and management, sustaining leadership alignment, developing change brand and vision, and executing change impact assessment and readiness measurement. Aleks also draws on his extensive background in art direction, copywriting, graphic design and video production to create engaging, cut-through communication executions in line with business objectives.
Aleks holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Finance from the University of Sydney, and graduated as a Top 10 student (in Art Direction) from the News Limited AWARD School in 2007.
When not making an impact, Aleks enjoys travelling, photography pursuits and catching the latest arthouse flick.
